Specially designed seats offer the hold needed on the racetrack, with ample shoulder and lateral support. The “F” emblem is integrated throughout, including on the front fenders and trunk lid outside, and on the steering wheel and sides of the seats inside. Specially designed IS F LED-illuminated meter needles express sophistication. The speedometer incorporates a digital speed indicator and a 330km/h-scale meter.

The dual-stage SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) driver airbags and dual-stage SRS front passenger airbag deploy at the optimal speed in response to the force of a frontal impact. The SRS front passenger airbag is a twin-chamber type that pursues excellent protection performance. It is also fitted with SRS knee airbags, SRS side airbags and SRS curtain shield airbags. 

An auto-leveling feature helps to ensure that the Bi-Xenon™ High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps remain pointed at the proper angle. The IS F also includes LED daytime running lights and brake lights, which illuminate faster than standard bulbs and use less energy, not to mention the dramatic look they project.

LED-illuminated meter needles express a hidden passion with sophisticated and add life to the speedometer and tachometer. The speedometer incorporates a digital speed indicator as well as a 330km/hr scale meter.
